Wonky Wheels: Lemons

A batch of dehydrated lemon wheels that may be a little uneven in shape or size, but still deliver bright citrus aroma and a beautiful finishing touch. These “perfectly imperfect” slices are rescued from the sorting table and given new life—preventing waste without sacrificing quality.

Other Ways to Use Dehydrated Citrus

• Tea & Infusions:
Drop a slice into hot tea or warm water for an aromatic citrus infusion.

• Mocktails & Sparkling Water:
Float in sparkling water or flavored seltzers for instant visual lift and gentle citrus aroma.

• Garnish for Desserts & Charcuterie:
Add to cheese boards, dessert plates, or pastry displays for color and a hint of brightness.

• Simmer Pots / Stove-Top Fragrance:
Simmer with cinnamon sticks, cloves, or vanilla to gently scent your kitchen.

• Craft + Décor:
Use in wreaths, place settings, drink markers, or gift wrap for a warm, natural aesthetic.

• Camping + Outdoor Drinks:
Lightweight and shelf-stable—perfect for picnics, camping, or patio cocktails without needing fresh fruit.

• Crushed Rim Sugar:
Grind into a citrus dust and blend with sugar or salt for custom cocktail rims.
